- From homeowners: name, phone number, address (optional), and a description of the work needed, all submitted through a contractor's lead intake form.
- From contractors: name, business name, phone number, and basic account information.
3. How we use information
- To send SMS confirmations to homeowners after they submit a service request.
- To send SMS notifications to contractors about new leads and follow-up reminders.
- To generate AI-powered summaries of lead descriptions for the contractor's reference.
- To provide, maintain, and improve our service.
4. SMS & text messaging
Mobile numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share mobile information with any third party for promotional or marketing reasons under any circumstance.
- Message frequency: varies based on lead volume; typically 1โ5 messages per lead inquiry.
- Carrier charges: Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

The only third parties we share mobile numbers with are operational service providers strictly necessary to deliver our service โ currently Twilio (for SMS transmission) and Anthropic (for AI summary generation, which receives lead descriptions but not phone numbers in the prompt).
5. Sharing & disclosure
- We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to anyone.
- We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the service (Twilio, Anthropic, our hosting provider).
- We may disclose information if required by valid legal process.
6. Data retention
We retain lead and contractor information as long as the contractor maintains an active account. Homeowners may request deletion of their information at any time by contacting us at the address below.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Children
